The Spa Personal Host greets guests and explains the spa facilities and services. Performs duties as a Spa Personal Host; primarily responsible for the smooth, efficient operation of the Reception, Ritual Room, Relaxation Areas and Caldarium Levels. Provides prompt and courteous service to all guests.

Duties:

• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.

• Greets and processes guests checking in and out.
• Maintains daily activity log.
• Answers phones, questions, and gives out spa information.
• Stocks, cleans, and provides all the necessary amenities for the guest on a daily basis.
• Responsible for linen supply stocking and product dispensing for spa areas.
• Takes care of guest needs, ensuring that supplies are available and that the facilities are always kept clean and in safe condition.
• Monitors guests, ensuring their safety by showing them proper use of facilities; monitors guest use of facilities, making sure that guest do not endanger themselves with overuse of facilities.
• Maintains awareness knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, and procedures.
• Assist in escorting guests to rooms and to waiting area for other services.
• Conduct tours of spa to all guests who have not been to the spa or require a tour.
• Conduct tours of spa and salon areas as needed.
• Assist as needed in cleaning of other spa areas (e.g., wet areas, lounges, Caldarium etc.).
• Maintain and stock all areas of the spa including Basement, 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd floors.
• Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

• Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
• Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have great communication skills.
