Spa Manager

The Spa Manager assists the Director supervising to ensure exceptional guest experiences, adherence to service standards, operational excellence, profitability, and team member satisfaction.
Duties:
· Answers phones, guest questions, and provides spa and salon information.
· Takes care of guest needs, ensuring supplies are available and facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
· Assists in escorting guests to treatment rooms and waiting areas for services.
· Empowers team members to provide excellent customer service.
· Ensures team members understand guest service expectations and service standards.
· Observes service behaviors of team members and provides feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
· Responsible for preparing work schedules and ensuring proper staffing levels based on projected hotel occupancy and business demands.
· Oversees all spa and salon areas, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
· Responsible for assisting with the ordering, inventory, and control of all professional and retail supplies.
· Handles team member concerns and works to resolve issues as they arise.
· Assists in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
· Participate in the training and development of team members as needed.
· Conducts timely performance evaluations.
· Assists the Director and Assistant Director with regular staff meetings to review policies, procedures, and team concerns.
· Maintains awareness of new products, services, industry trends, and procedures.
· Assists in monitoring facility conditions, equipment functionality, and maintenance requirements.
· Ensures spa, salon, and pool areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
· Minimum of two years' experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or supervisory operations required.
