Arcade Attendant

The Arcade Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment, making the guest’s experience memorable and ensuring the smooth operation of the Arcade.
Duties:
- Sell debit cards, redemption tickets and party packages.
- Create guest accounts
- Instruct guests on operating arcade games, debit card system, redemption purchases and arcade club.
- Ensure all guests are following the rules.
- Redeem redemption merchandise.
- Communicate all issues and equipment malfunction to management.
- Cleaning, detailing, and testing games.
Qualifications:
- Understand basic arcade game operation.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. from the floor.
- Must be able to interact well with children and adults.
